I think you are so insecure you are grasping at straws to make some kind of white supremacy claim, although, you seem to think that having Neanderthal "blood" makes one superior without actually trying to define why.
Then again, the goal is just to feel superior, so details don't matter that much.

The truth appears to be that Sub-Saharan Africa is simply a better marketed version of Hitler's concentration camps so the common person, including white supremacist wannabes, wouldn't ever figure it out.
Hitler put a fence around people and then denied them the power and resources they needed to live well... in some cases survive.
Sub Saharan Africa is, in essence, the exact same thing except the location is different and there is no need for walls because the place is so expansive one can't really escape.
The "commander" of both styles of "camps" are, of course, installed rather than popularly elected (and elections in the US are meaningless - so having an election means nothing when the candidates are financed by the very same people).
Those same financiers suck out $25,000 per second from Sub Saharan Africa in fraudulent debts they imposed upon the people through their "commander." They are not given power in which to develop.
But don't worry. While you are busy trying to be superior to darker skinned people due to your Neanderthal "blood" (too bad you can't elevate yourself because of good works you've actually done rather than some gene you claim to have), these same, primarily "white" skinned folks are in the process of bankrupting your country and rolling all its assets under their corporate fronts.
They may even turn off the power for a year or two - and then let's see what American Neanderthals bloods do. My guess is that it makes present Sub Saharan Africa look like the pinnacle of civility.
But, hey, as long as you feel superior based on skin color alone - you won't know to defend yourself from other primarily white folks who have already taken your rights and liberties.
