Reuters has also been right, ie 4 week delay which we have reached right now. If KRY has anything to say to shareholders and the market, they are free to issue a press release. Price action on KRY is suggesting that several people think this is a 1998 resolution situation. No rush for the Supreme Court to settle before closing up the shop on December 19, in little over 3 weeks from now. As for KRY interest in negotiating with PDG, read the article again, KRY is admitting to this. Nothing wrong with this!
