i agree that it should be incorporated, i just don't think it deserves a multiple... so, if you think the cash flows are going to be 9mm or so over the next few years then you should add 10 cents to your p/e based multiple. i just don't see the accurate estimates of what this company can earn in 2013 - using full cash interest on the debt. is it even a positive number? i would also back out the advent losses because i don't think this business is going to continue if it keeps generating losses.
