Dana, most of my info regarding NN is via a broker at Alex Brown who has been following the company for a number of years. He usually has good insight because he has made the industry a specialty and because of his various other customers in that industry. He has never mentioned any pending acquisitions, however. I have traded this stock fairly successfully in the past, but that does not guarantee a 100% batting average. Sorry I can't offer any other advice. bob
