Franken provided the 60th vote needed to pass Obamacare.

Minnesota Secretary of State Mark Ritchie, who was elected with support from Soros and ACORN, oversaw the recount that ultimately resulted in election of Al Franken as that state's Democratic U.S. Senator.

Franken had been behind Republican Norm Coleman before the recount.
