I suspect Stan Schulman is selling from his own account or through the name of Coulbert/Dennis which he controls. If Jeff is closing the deal in China, why would the stock sell off? I don't get it. Stan has not funded as he said he was doing. This is one reason for some of the losses written about in the 8-K. The stock selling off is due to "someone" selling a lot of stock. Stephanie
