Nokia's Long-Term Opportunity (Maybe) - Seeking Alpha

The Option Play

The company offers an incredible long-term play out there right now if one believes the company can make the turnaround. This would be a leap option play.

Buy the January 2012 call with a '4' strike (priced at $0.90)Sell the January 2012 call with a '5' strike (priced at $0.63)Net debit to start: $0.27Maximum Profit: $0.77

Reasoning behind the Trade

The stock will continue down another two quarters, we have no doubt. But if as an investor, you believe that the combination of Nokia and Microsoft Windows 8 phone platform will work, there is a good possibility the stock could grow and move up past the '5' option within that time period.

Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours.
