I didn't say that I was supporting the lawyers, just that Nutella is an unhealthy combination of sugar and vegetable oils.

And the food labeling laws probably should be updated to require that the percentages of each ingredient be listed and ban the practice of breaking down the food into multiple subcomponents each with their own ingredients list.

Thus leading to something like this:

Nutella:
70% Water
9.1% Sugar
8.7% Skim Milk
7.4% Cocoa power
3.3% Vegtable oil
trace Hazelnut paste
trace Vanillia favouring
