I want an understanding and clarification of the math. .

It's quite simple on the MATH really and doesnt require an audit

Then come clean about the MATH.

you see the MATH DOESNT WORK.---

couldnt buy 48k shares for NEGATIVE $.

claimed to own 75k common(pre preferred conversion) with an average cost of $1.70. Total invested $127500.

However as of August 2007, had paid $166k for ONLY 27k shares PER 6 of his OWN POSTS.
it gets WORSE for , there are MANY MORE post with buys OVER $3.
so it is OBVIOUS that has FIBBED about his cost basis.
