Frank,

Investor awareness will definitely help. I notice that the flow has been very low recently, an indication that it has not attraced many new buyers (especially institutional ones). For small investors, those who are aware of it already own it. In fact, many of them bought EDUSF when it was below 5. Some of the small investors sell it to secure profit or are in need of cash.

It seems to me, however, that EDUSF could jump quickly once it takes off. There are not many sellers out there at this price. I am holding tightly my shares.

The original announcement said that the Degem deal will be announced in Sept. It has been taking too long and making investors/observers nervous. If Degem does not like the price it gets, it should make an announcement that the sale is on hold. Uncertainty is the worst enemy in the financial market.

Good luck to all.
