<<And yes many consider me to be an expert in subprime lending...still am, >> a remarkable statement. obviously comes from a multi-talented individual who is gifted in many areas. i wonder if such an individual is also an expert in, oh, the appraisal business? and the moving business? and the [undefined and yet to be determined businesses? i agree that Lance is best of breed in the subprime mortgage business. the company survives, many others did not. it is not obvious to me how that skill set translates into the assortment of new businesses now under the umbrella, and also even being best of breed has not translated into avoidance of a business reverse. does subprime lending expertise matter?
