You sure would have to be very selective cause I don't think most areas there are turning anytime soon. Plus you don't have the same demographics and economic drivers you did in LA.

I am sure there going to be selective opportunities in most all metro areas in this country due to the housing crash these days Probably Seattle and Boston among the hardest.
