I don't think it has anything to do with some of the insiders needing cash. If they continue throwing off $15M/month, that's about half the stock price they "could" afford to pay in divvies. I think they can easily cover a divvie (say .05 a quarter, which would yield 20% now) and still cover any acquisition costs that they are eyeing.
