HDD - News Release - private placement for $500,000 in funding. They have announced a private placement to raise $500,000 for some warrants exercisable at 15 cents and 18 cents through Whalen. I am unsure how to read this but I suspect that it will have a minimal impact. Any comments folks as Timmins freezes up. I did not post the entire message as most of you probaly received through Stockwatch or know hoe to get it through Carlson or SW or SH
