Cop-WI- bought a bit of COP-WI today. I was surprised that the PSX part (refinery, midstream, chemical) has such a substantial market cap assigned to it and subtracting that the E&P part looks cheap. Their proved reserve base looks as follows\| ~3.5B BOE in crude ~3.5B BOE in NG ~1.5B BOE in heavy oil The E&P par will carry about 20B$ in net debt and there ar 1.264B shares outstanding, so EV is about 90B$ at a 55$ share price.
