We've got ourselves another Take Under, third one since q4 2011. The take Under is a favorite way for system components, featuring broken dealers, to bail out the egregious naked short positions used to keep a stock low while churning the investors who have been disconnected from the price mechanism, through disconnect Supply and demand, of the relative float constant.. There are no market prices or degrees of freedom present in this market. Holistic sum values of all surveilled portfolio values are capped and controlled to ranges assigned by system control units.
