George,
REA is way overpriced. But, with Rainwater in the picture, it could go higher anyhow. CEI is about as good a REIT for growth as they come. So... I have no idea of what to do with REA. I sold 1/2 and kept the rest after it ran past 13 and change.
I have followed funeral homes for a few years. I haven't dipped in yet and it looks like there is a combination of consolidation, yet margin erosion. Many of the comps showed higher revenue growth than earnings. I imagine if the insiders are buying, that you will do well to join them. I believe there was a takeover attempt of LWN a year or so ago which was rejected. That may have been why the price got ahead of itself. Still, the revenue growth was from 130 million to 140 for the 3rd quarter, which isn't very exciting. So... after they get the profit margins back in line, find a stock with a faster revenue growth, unless they fix this also.

Richard
