Re: The Miscreant Plan....an Analogy and more

So what are the miscreants up to 24/7 with regards to Novastars turnaround/comeback?

I don't think one need look any further than Marc Cohodes and the now defunct hedge fund Copper River aka Rocker Partners to see what is happening even today.

If its not clear by now that Cohodes "short" hedge fund aka Copper River, formerly Rocker Partners, had targeted Novastar for destruction and profit, than I'm afraid that what I'm about to say is way over your head. Of course the miscreants understand it because most of them have been part of the plan since its conception.

The following two links will help bring you up to speed on Marc Cohodes, Copper Rivers implosion/liquidation
and Marc Cohodes disdain for Goldman Sachs, and vice versa.

Its my understanding that Marc Cohodes is a very bitter man, and the real irony here is that he blames Goldman Sachs and the SEC for destroying his business, while his goal was to destroy businesses like Novastar and Overstock for profit and his own personal gain.

In a recent deposition, Cohodes was quoted as referring to Goldman Sachs as "mother fukers" (its spelled correctly in his deposition), and even more ironic is here you have what I would consider to be one mother fuker (in my opinion) trying to destroy businesses like Novastar for profit, while he refers to Goldman Sachs as a MF for doing the very same thing he was guilty of doing?

Anyone else see the irony here?

Moving on.....so why are miscreants still here today to try and finish what Cohodes originally set out to do? And while I don't know for sure and I certainly wouldn't bet my life on it, the miscreants that are here today are still "throwing things over the wall" like Cohodes did to the SEC in the hope of destroying Novastar, and thus anyone invested in Novastar.

There's no question in my mind that its still going on, but why you might ask? For fun, or for profit?
I think we can eliminate fun because I couldn't imagine in my wildest dreams why someone would do anything close to what these miscreants are doing for fun and entertainment. So that leaves profit? How so you might ask? Having spoken with some of my allies, there could be several reasons why the miscreants are still here bashing, stalking and harassing Novastar and some of its investors 24/7. Although there may be other reasons as well, the two most likely are; 1. They're stuck with literally millions of shares they still need to cover, and in the big scheme of things very few shares are available to buy (note, less than 100K shares trade each day representing less than $100,000, and most of those shares are traded among the market makers, and I've even said that I trade shares around my core holding sometimes daily) Bottomline, if this is the reason they're still here, they need for you to sell your shares so they can cover, thus the reason for poster Batman10023 insinuating if you have 5% or more of one stock in your portfolio you should sell (and while I may ordinarily agree, thats NOT the real reason he would like for you to sell). Note also that he and others refer to me as running an illegal pump and dump scheme, so ask yourself, why might he be doing that? Maybe to get others to sell ahead of me????.....come on now, I really hope anyone reading this isn't that gullible? (recently one of the miscreants wavb aka grahamcracker said it would be foolish to believe that I'm running a pump and dump scam, especially since I'm a transparent investor. 2.The second reason, and both reasons spelled out here could be at play, is that the miscreants are interested in buying and accumulating shares of Novastar on the cheap, and theres no doubt in my mind that may be occurring as well.

Marc Cohodes hedgefund Copper River employed CPA's, forensic accountants, analysts, auditors, lawyers and many professionals who were responsible for identifying businesses to destroy for profit, and I've no doubt that some of the very same individuals who post on this message board, on Investor Village (where they were able to dupe the owner of Investor Village to cancel my privileges), and one miscreant in particular who seems to be, and even takes pride in being the lead Novastar miscreant are all still tied either directly or indirectly to Marc Cohodes and Copper River.

Finally, I would appreciate it if someone would post this or link it on the Investor Village message board because I believe there are some honest investors who like me are not nearly as smart as the miscreants I've identified who need to hear what I have to say about their investment.

Stay tuned, and note my Strong Buy recommendation
