In the recently completed quarter Cymer delivered 126 DUV lasers to stepper manufacturers. Even more will be delivered in coming quarters to the major stepper manufacturers (Nikon, Canon, ASM, VSG). Cannon alone expects to sell 200 DUV laser equipped steppers per year starting next July (see Cymer post #10480). SEMATECH recently concluded DUV (Cymer) has no competition until the 0.1 micron limit is breached and not before year 2002 in production capable manner. Betty, why do yo persist in alarming us with a non existent XRL bogey man being just around the corner (pre year 2002)? Tulvio
