RSH: I greatly appreciate all the feedback. I get all this critical thinking, and from different angles, for free. It's how this is supposed to work. If I wanted agreement, I'd start a "RSH is My New Wife" message board and ban the whole lot of you perverts. My basic premise is that this isn't a turnaround play, despite the fact that they could clearly be doing things better. The main things that need to turn around are almost entirely out of their control, IMO. It will be interesting to see if those things blow over and, if they do, whether new "reasons" for poor performance will emerge.
