RSH seems to have put most of their eggs in the cell phone purveyor basket. Now AAPL is trying to hog the economics for themselves. This is also part of the problem at BBY.

Besides the supplier squeeze, there are numerous competitors. Specialized cell phone shops, branded and unbranded, are quite common. Winners need to differentiate themselves in such competitive markets. I don't understand what RSH does to differentiate themselves. Maybe you know.

One thing to watch for is for store closures amongst the competitors. This would be an early sign that times are getting even worse for RSH.

I don't see the bottom yet or what will cause the bottom. Sometimes it just sucks to be a retailer.
