Have to agree with Judith, she's got a good point. I don't think it was very positive for James to basically state that Brad will only give certain people, in the "Know", information. If James is getting that information, that's fine, but I will have to say that the way it was presented was not in the best light. Not slamming you James, you seem to be the kind of person that would realize your e-mail could've been better presented and would change it if you could. I'm mainly writing this response to slam Novice Bob.
Bob, there is absolutely no reason to go off on Judith. Did you really read her e-mail? I don't believe she was slamming James either, she did say "Perhaps your intentions were good, but somehow the way you presented it can be interpreted negatively." And show me where she gave an indication that she was "fearful?" And how do you know what her "kind of stock" is?
Bob, relax man, I don't disagree that some people know more than others in the "real world." And I don't have anything at all against that. But insiders shouldn't flaunt the fact that they are given information that others stockholders cannot get or promote the fact that the company, yes Brad, is giving out information to some and not others. It could have been better presented. PERIOD!
Fire away if you wish, but that's my opinion.
