Social justice is what our founders were looking for.

It was? Can you document that?

What they sought was individual freedom from oppression (and to evade taxation without representation). They believed that every individual have an equal right to "the pursuit of happiness", not possessing it.

IF they had sought "social justice", they would have made every man and woman equal under the law, and all slaves would have been freed..

And btw, the Pledge of Allegiance wasn't even adopted until 1942.

Also, it's author was a "Christian Socialist", as well as a Baptist Minister:

Btw, I'm all for a bit of "social justice" as well, such as helping people to help themselves, providing opportunity, not dependency. But let's not blatantly lie about the intentions of the founders of this country. They set a framework in the constitution, that we have amended and tweaked over time to adjust the errors and omissions of the original.
