Landshark,
Please try thinking for once. Clearly, there are excellent climate correlations with solar scale cycles, the shortest being the sun spot cycle, longer solar cycles centuries long in length, and galactic scale cycles, related to our solar systems position in the galaxy and proximity to super nova. The last warming which ended a decade ago, correlates well with solar cycles. Solar scientists are now predicting a 1.5 degree drop in temperatures over the next few decades and a 350 kilometer southward shift in crop zones. Can gov'ts afford to take the chance they are wrong? The result could be mass starvation, economic upheaval, mass migrations and wars as the food system collapses. Svendmark's work lends support to the theory that cosmic ray induced cloud cover is the mechanism responsible for record of cooling and warming and not man made C02.
