I seem to be missing your train of thought

regarding the warrants and the share price of

wsp. It was my understanding that warrants were

largley excercised when the price of the stock

was higher than the strike price of warrant,thus

giving the insider that little extra we will never

have. It seems that you feel once the lower price

warrants are gone then the stock will move to the

next higher level of warrants. I'm sorry but

somehow the logic escapes me-- could you please explain.
