Linda, forgive me, but it can outlined it all day long. Is there a signed definitive joint venture agreement???? How is it structured???? How will the revenues be split??? How are the costs of production being split??? What kind of joint venture are we talking about???? If this is a done deal, where is it???? If this is more like AN INTENT to have a joint venture, then my point is made!!!!
