My biggest complaint about the iPhone is that the vibration is very weak. I carry my iPhone 4S in my shirt pocket and I cannot feel the vibration. I was told that there is nothing can be done to make it stronger.
Put it in your pants' pocket. You know, the front pocket a little closer to your sensitive areas. When it vibrates, you will feel it. ;-)

Seriously, I think the vibrate is fine. At the office, it is plenty to rattle the desk. The only time it isn't enough is when I have it on my belt clip and I can even feel it then sometimes.

Of course, there is this miraculous thing on the phone and all you have to do turn the ringer on.

(Sitting here drinking some cabernet and watching Dead Poets Society and feeling a little snarky.)
