Robert,
Brilliant detective work. So that is where our Nanny is. Link that worked better is: netnanny.com
I've been going back in the files (wsj/publication library) comparing VISX & BEAM stock price to their FDA approval time lines. Quite illuminating. Based on those stocks performance, we should begin seeing a rather rapid rise in share price soon. In the 10/21/91 San Jose Business Journal Jeff Manni, a medical laser expert said, "If Laser Biotech's (Dr. Sand)Holmium laser is approved, it could prove to be more popular and less painful than the excimer lasers being developed by Summit and Visx." Mr. Navarro, a medical technology analyst with Needham & Co. in New York predicted that "eximer lasers will receive FDA approval first, because they are further along in testing. But Mr. Manni said the FDA may speed approval of a Holmium laser because it is less traumatic to corneas." IMHO we are seeing the unfolding of these predictions now.
Eric Peterson, an analyst with Pennsylvania Merchant Bank in PA., has been following SNRS since at least 1994. If any of these analysts are still following the co. I think they may have good info. The names and phone #'s I have are: Eric Peterson, (717) 326-2600 Sam Navarro (212) 371-8300 I'll be unavailable today, so if anyone wants to follow these leads, go ahead. Otherwise I'll get info next week.
Nanny, I hope the weather in Vancouver is good. Leave it to you to be in one of the world's most beautiful cities.
