Mario: I believe the AVERAGE is all that counts, and a day or more below 8 won't prevent the average from being made. Take a look at MVSI and MVSIW. The numbers are the same as AIPN ($4 warrants and a 20 trading day average of $8, etc.). MVSI warrants were called very fast after a run up to 9 then a fall back and then hovering around high sevens and low eights. I may be wrong but I believe the word average means something. There is no need to include the word average if what is meant is "20 consecutive trading days at or above $8".

Maybe someone else can add to our discussion.
