1. The names of the funds he invested in are public knowledge....Burkle's Yucaipa Cos. LLC.

2. The 29% is the amount of tax paid on his AGI in 2006..... ...the only number that means anything...not the marginal rate you hang on to..

3. Off shore accounts = tax evasion...... that's my opinion not necessarily the law... And the Romney's are champs at it...at least 11 off shore accounts... he paid 14% of AGI
