The average tax rate ISN'T the only number that means anything. It may be the only number you understand. Your marginal rate will determine what you pay on additional income. You'd know that if you'd ever filed your own tax return.

3. Off shore accounts = tax evasion...... that's my opinion not necessarily the law... And the Romney's are champs at it...at least 11 off shore accounts... he paid 14% of AGI
