:-) Thank you dear sir, I shall use your well thought out list as a template whenever I feel cranky and wish to disparage our beloved yet forever beleagured Apple as it contains practically all of the aspects which are prerequisites for writing such verbiage. I look forward to reading fellow writers' work and returning to this historic post as I highlight each point in my mind. (aha! Point # 2 and 5! Together!!! What craftsmanship in writing!)
