Our society is not capable of taking care of everyone and having a lot of money left over. Money is finite- we're already deeply in debt. I am sorry for people who didn't plan, and didn't save, and were counting on the state to support them- but I'm not for that. I don't want to pay for it. I don't know many people who do.

I think opiates are an excellent remedy, and a relatively cheap one, for pain. There's no reason for people to be in pain- give them drugs, and send them on their way.

I'm glad you're still working. You have an active mind, and it would be a shame if you weren't contributing to society.

I envision cutting back seriously on social security from folks who don't need it, eliminating the caps, and then take some of that money we've saved, and invest in training the young. Give scholarships for students who would like to pursue areas of study that the US desperately needs. Run internships for students who would like experience in high value careers. I'd also like to see a CCC type program that would train students in practical skills- while repairing infrastructure on our public buildings and in our public parks.

If I were president, that's what I would do.

I know I live in a society. And robbing the young so the old can have money they don't need doesn't strike me as sensible or just.
