But now in India every restaurant in the corner carries indian chinese food. Just a few thousand puts a restaurant on every block ? :O) or is it like Montreal used be when Greeks dominated the small neighbourhood restaurant business ex Chinese restaurants.. It is interesting though as there were basically no Hakka restaurants here just a few years ago.. and no pork is not common in Chinese restaurants here until these appeared.. now they they are popping up all over.. I have gone to quite a few and always ask if they indeed come from India..
