Appears wise to look at the fundamentals and sundry info for some stocks you certainly would NOT want to buy. With NOVS, I guess I was lucky to have more powder inline so when the price kept dropping I could buy more. Bank on the other hand are tricky - when they drop too far - they will not bounce back. HMPR is still interesting - hopefully the base will form this quarter.
