No, he did not move the recession to the end of 2012 and for the last year he has been consistent in his forecast that we'll enter a recession in the first half of 2012. However, as you know but are failing to admit to, the NBER takes 6-9 months AFTER a recession has started to officially declare a recession. So we entered a recession in May through June of 2012, the NBER won't announce it officially until Jan to March of 2013.

Are you deliberately trying to mislead people with your rhetoric? That's the problem when smart people call things so far in advance. All sorts of delusional people forget what actually has happened over the last year and start rewriting history.

Again, the ECRI said last year that we'd see a recession begin sometime in the first half of 2012. They just recently reaffirmed that forecast. Those are the facts.
