It is institutional insanity to have American taxpayer dollars paying for enforcement of foreign laws - some "violations" of which are not violations at all per foreign nations' testimony. Since when is the U.S. government bound to enforce every law on the planet? Let foreign countries' taxpayers fund their governments' law enforcement. American politicians and bureaucrats (lawyers) who've enabled this outrage ought to be hung, literally - that would prove American sovereignty has been regained. I'd like to know the identities of the politicians who sponsored the relevant laws. CF Rebel
