Hello Mark Forte,

You said: "Mark 1/2 way to CNE and stopped"

I say: Good for you. The entire CNE program is a joke and an insult to
the engineering profession (my opinion).

We have secretaries who were "surplused" from their jobs last year and because of their union contract, were entitled to funds for further education/training purposes. Guess what they enrolled up for ? Yep, the CNE program.

This CNE designation means nothing. Let them get a degree from university before calling themselves engineers. They are in a true sense Lan Administrators and technicians...nothing more.

V.K

P.S MSFT should also require the same. It's one thing to call yourself an Enginneer by meeting their requirements but another thing to go to university and earn it.
