Just to remind you that factor 8 is low in hemophiliacs. Just the opposite in normal people after a fatty meal: The activated form of factor 8 rises giving rise to clotting in the coronary arteries. It appears that any kind of fat - poly, mono ,or saturated - in a high-fat meal can do the damaging job on the coronaries.
