NOK at $3.12 or AAPL at $565? Which is a buy?
Neither.

But, NOK was a buy a couple of days later, when it retested its absolute bottom for the first time in over 12 years. Since then, it has retested the rock bottom for the third time, and therefore seems good to go, to me.

If I'm correct, I'll be adding to my tiny position, on the way up. If I'm wrong, I'll sell it, before I have to take a loss.

Meanwhile, as far as I can tell, AAPL has not yet flashed a meaningful buy signal, since the day you selected for this comparison.
