Mitch you were looking for a guess? Maybe a little manipulating is going on. I say this because the volume the last two days was larger and identical. 144,000 shares were traded each day. Maybe 2 parties have got together and are buying each other's stock to move it up for one last dump. Will be interesting to see what the volume is today.

Don't really know what's going on but I don't think it has anything to do with ISSM actions.
