Hi Milk, I'll look at the answer to Robert Wu's post as I need a refresher on the company. I'm a complete amateur at this, but I like the fact that the pres. and V.P. resigned (were fired?) and someone from the board of directors took over. At .04 a share, if there is any value to company at all, and it seems that there is with their efforts to reorganize and investigate possible candidates for a merger, how can you lose? Afraid I'm not much help in this department. It's just gut feeling, like the name Jack Arnold sounds SO solid!:-) Barbara
