Yes, the very moment he signed the NDAA, he trampled on every American citizen's Constitutional Right to freedom from unlawful detention and freedom from the tyranny of assassination without Judicial review. Already, the US has and continues to engage in torture, search and seizure without a court order, spying on citizens without a court order, waging war without a declaration of war from Congress, and a whole host of other infractions that are shredding our Constitution. We were founded as a Constitutional Republic. Obama is destroying that, just as Bush Jr before him did the same. They are no different when it comes to this issue.
