And who are you or Obama to decide who gets a trial and who does not? I for one do not want to rely on the good will of our leaders to grant me my basic and most fundamental of rights. Those rights are mine by law and by the US Constitution. No man has a right to take those away from me or from any American citizen. When we descend to the point where we give one man the power to declare another and enemy and give him the power to also assassinate that person, then we are nothing more than a tyrannical Dictatorship.
