IMPRISTINE - There are plenty of facts ("beef") in the articles I referenced in prior notes. I've merely tried to point out some future technologies that we all should keep our eyes on. Yes - Cymer will probably do a lot of business with DUV before XRL becomes widespread -- but with more news about XRL coming to the forefront, it pays to watch what's happening. Betty
