It seems certain that the remainder of the Reg-D shares will wait for their warrents now. Most traders have surely bailed out. Smart money who saw the latest catastrophe coming bailed in October. Shareholders disgruntled and blindsided by the latest conference call sold. People crushed by margin sold. Who is left to sell?

Perhaps there is no compelling reason to buy right at the moment except for the simple observation that, once again, the upside potential clearly outweighs the downside risk (At least from my perch)

Uncle Ken sat us all on his lap and said, I won't start telling you what your toys are until next year and you can't have your toys until the middle of next year. But there will be a corpuconia of toys!

IMO it will prove to be much less expensive to buy here than in mid-98, enough so to justify patience for the current lack of "action". I do look for the January effect to occur in December this year, especially with Ancor.
