I am not sureL'Oreal and Unilever would fit. l'Oreal is going more towards the high end and Unilever has already a distribution system in many emerging markets. Maybe P&G tries something new (direct marketing) and AMway is a great fit, since they are already in direct marketing but they also have their own troubles now, which might deter them or AVP.

I can see private equity jumping in since it seems to me that there is a lot cost cutting potential. I can't see AJ hanging around, the new CEO has to make it's mark and get new people in and AJ is just such a visible personification of the old ways, that she needs to get booted, unless the board want's to get into a HPQ like situation.
