Tech Master, please go to your nearest quote machine and get a current quote. CSGI is up over 20% on good volume.

The share are not "hitting" the street. They are being registered. For people who are in the business, there is a big difference.

Please do not try to insinuate that these shares are all, somehow, being sold at once. This is a registration statement.

Consygen has one of the lowest public floats. Even once ALL these shares are sold, the float will only be around 6 million shares. With the pending NASDAQ listing, they will surely be swallowed up easily.

All these shares are coming out of the outstanding and do no cause any dilution. The same can not be said when a company does a Regulation S. Offering.

I have read the S-1 and there is nothing out of the ordinary.

The bloody truth is always recognized by the market before it is recognized by you or me. Look at how the market is reacting to the stock today. There is something going on here and it smells like news to me.

By the way, I have no idea who this Shawn guy is. If you wish, you may email me at Stockman@webave.com
