Looks very very cheap. Getting even cheaper today. Is there much country risk in Columbia? That is all I can figure. If that was U.S. on shore production it would be way more expensive. Selling for 2 times this years advertised after tax cash flow once you back out cash. No debt?? It is selling like it was high decline U.S. offshore wells with expensive abandonment cost at the tail end.
