Read today's Blog. Our old friend points out that the rules governing the minimum share price necessary to get listed on Nasdaq have very recently been revised to allow listing (under certain financial circumstances) if that share price can stay at $2 or above for 5 days. With one piece of really good news, that's an achievable target for PVCT. And THAT is the reason for the run-up today.
